Pros

There are no pros to working at this place.

Cons

I strongly advise potential employees to think twice before joining this company. At first glance, it may seem like a decent place to work, but once you're in, you'll quickly realize the toxic environment that exists, particularly if you're a hardworking and dedicated employee. The company does not value good workers. In fact, the harder you work, the more likely you are to be taken for granted. HR is a significant part of the problem. While they may come across as friendly and supportive at first, it doesn’t take long for them to show their true colors. One minute they're helpful, and the next, they're turning on you, creating a hostile work environment that pushes you to the brink of quitting. Overall, the company's lack of respect for its employees makes it a place I cannot recommend to anyone, especially those who value fairness and recognition for their hard work.

Pros

Working with RAM Hotels is like perceiving Hospitality at its finest!! I have found the work environment to be incredibly supportive and collaborative. The Team is always willing to help each other, and the leadership is always open to any feedback and suggestions. I am proud to be working for a company that values the community and brings a positive impact on others.

Cons

I believe that the company could improve morale and retention by implementing a showcase of how Too's and hands on experience. For example, showing a new breakfast host how to properly showcase the breakfast area and present it to the guest. Most of new hires do not know how to properly exploit hospitality to the guest. Having a mentor to show them would be affective.

Pros

The GMs, Sales force, and revenue managers foster meaningful partnerships despite the juvenile and toxic corporate leadership.

Cons

Horrible people at the corporate level. No empathy or the ability to separate data from conjecture.
