Promoter will deliberately call you at 5 and schedule a meeting at 6 and he will come at 7. Micromanagement. Nothing to like except you get salary on time. 25% of your per day salary gets deducted if you dont submit EOD report which no one bother to even read. Unethical practices observed, such as office boys being asked to wash utensils at the promoter's home. Notice period policies change frequently and unpredictably, seemingly based on the whims and fancies of the promoter. The most unfortunate part is that the actions of one promoter cast a shadow on the entire management, including those who might actually care.
