Pros
Firm procedures and rules, they know how to protect the company. Great product. Good pay, great benefits.
Cons
The Customer Care Manager is one key to company success. They manage all the orders and get everything shipped. As such, when something goes wrong it’s entirely on the CCM. CCM is treated like a second class citizen. Very little training with very high expectations for performance. Toxic office environment. Due to the extreme attention to company rules everyone throws their coworkers u see the bus to their boss anytime anything goes wrong no matter how big or small.
