Pros
Employees (outside of management) are fun and enjoyable.
Cons
No leadership at all in management. None. No communication, no loyalty, no culture and no integrity. The turnover rate is unbelievable at the corporate level and restaurant level - they hire you and get what they need and then terminate you.
