Pros
Some of the coworkers were really nice and knowledgeable. My manager was nice and personable. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Some of the co-workers were racist. They didn't give good raises. They tried to make us sell products even though I wasn't originally hired as someone in sales. They the computers were slow and always down, the cash rep machines were often down. They wanted to train all tellers to do Member Service work but didn't want to increase their salary.
