Incredible customer service and support including shipments to your customers on your behalf as though it was shipped directly by you personally.

There are simply not enough trained employees to match the continuous growth of the company.

Inside sales team are great, with lots of knowledge and experience! Outside sales guys are very helpful and work together with no competition. Warehouse teams are knowledgeable and efficient

Management is constantly changing territories and bonus structures to keep from paying bonuses, there were 3 bonus structure changes in less than 2 years when I was there. Pay was very inconsistent among the sales team, with some people making 45k a year and some making 90k a year. Inventory was consistently left at a minimum so our customers were always dealing with backorder. Spent more time canceling backorders than placing new orders.
