Pros
Attending many great events. Receive RBOC apparel and company lunch. If you press your supervisor, you have the opportunity to be involved in event planning meetings. This is rare - but was communicated as an option.
Cons
You will be considered and independent contractor when you file your taxes, this can be frustrating at the end of the year. Most people who are full-time employees here have BIG ego's and very much look down on seasonal interns. There were a few great people I met here, but they were all interns like I was. There is not room for movement with this position, it is solely as experience for your resume.
