      Small company in NC with a non- corporate approach

      Cons

      2% increase maybe annually. Health insurance plans are terrible. There are rarely any minorities in upper management. As a property manager you are given the title of CEO, But you are very underpaid.

      I love how responsive the leadership is, and the benefits they offer to their employees. I have enjoyed my time under RCG, and look forward to more years with the company!
