Pros

I'm going to go over the run downs: The job is simple, that's great. If you stick with it long enough(6 months to the date you were hired) you will be able to go on trips but probably not the places you want. Diversity Medical and Dental Benefits.

Cons

PAY ATTENTION: I am going to give the BIGGEST rundown of working for this company. Remember it is a TELEMARKETING company. From the beginning after easily getting the job on the first date of your training tell them the days you want off using your PTO. Because if you don't, you may not have any days to use PTO. You can not pick and choose what dates, soon enough you will find yourself with 10 days PTO and you can't get it scheduled anywhere. For example, if you want to use the free trip you get well you need a full week of PTO. TELL THEM ON THE FIRST DAY OR I GUARANTEE YOU WONT GET ANY!!! Next, Training is basic and easy. No worries you have 4 exams you need to pass on how to use the systems, as long as you know the basic of computers you are okay. When you get on the floor: I feel a lot of the time like this is a SCAM company. Their policies are so farfetched. They make so much money off of us that it's ridiculous why our base pay is 10.21 plus the incentive if you make your goal which is then 12.76. And only if you make your goal, which is based of how many people you scam into getting things they don't need. You call people on the phone and most f the time they are pissed at you and blaming you. Or when they call in the company and they are pissed off at you. Supervisors are essentially people who aren't good enough on the floor and go for supervisors because they get a higher base pay. People who really know their stuff stay on the floor because they make more money. Also sick time, you only get 3 days so you better hope that nothing happens with your kids or family emergencies. Also, you get points to use for emergencies but you don't get paid when you use your points. The HOURS ARE HORRIBLE. Kiss your social life goodbye because you will be working odd hours and won't have time to go out, cook, or whatever. You will start at 2:30 to 11pm on weekdays and 1-9pm on saturdays, THEY LIE about if you get enough attendance points you will be able to choose your schedule. THAT IS A LIE. In my instance being in "FLEX" you dont pick your schedule at all. You only move up in your schedule when a new training class hits the floor moving you earlier. THIS IS A LIFE SUCKING JOB, THIS IS A JOB THAT HAS YOU LIVING PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. If you have a choice, just don't do it. I had no choice and still don't.
