Pros

work from home works with my school schedule easy to get into management

Cons

very repetitive work calls can be back to back which is mentally draining pay gets capped once you make a certain amount work days got longer, used to get off at 5 now I get off at 5:30 because they want you to work a full 8 hours and take a unpaid 30 minute lunch.

Pros

They manage expectations well, especially early on with the training and nesting stages. Also, great hours depending on the campaign. Supervisors are always available and approachable.

Cons

Low pay, location is way out in Henderson.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
