      RDI has decent pay and various shift options depending on what program you're in. Good about giving paid time off

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they're doing, high turnover rate, working under strict supervision, they don't care about you personally.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
