      Pros

      Most of the co-workers are nice and friendly. They offer free coffee.

      Cons

      They don't give salary reviews. WAY TOO MUCH nepotism!!! If you're a relative, you have it made. If you're not, good luck! Not much chance for advancement.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Cons

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
