Bare minimum training given before given real client related tasks Micro-management Not great benefits Management is unprofessional sometimes Job descriptions are not exactly what they display initially on Indeed, etc.

The pay, helping the clients, loveable coworkers

The management is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the staff. They fire staff with the "at will clause" whenever you correct them. They shorten checks when they think the employees won't notice. When they reprimand you, they have at least 3 managers gang up on you and treat you like a child. The turnover rate is astronomically high. And they have shady business practices.
