There were some very decent humans once upon a time.

Toxic leadership team. HR made it obvious that they were purely there to help the CEO force people out. No demonstration of even a basic level of duty of care. Well below industry benchmarks on salary. Terrible systems and processess. Arrogant founder

Very respectful, cheerful, and kind bosses. All employees are nice and theres a culture of togetherness. Flexibility to work from home and to start earlier/ finish earlier. No heirarchical systems. Every employee treated with equal respect.
