Pros

They will only help you if you are friends with people in the company

Cons

Don't bother staying long. Use this company for what its worth: a stepping stone. They will give you level 1 through to level 3 tickets because Seniors don't wont to work on tickets. You will be worked to a dog, so keep that in mind, and if you are a friend of anyone then you are very lucky! I wouldn't be surprised about the reviewers just being friends or brainwashed. Nepotism at its finest.

There were some very decent humans once upon a time.

Cons

Toxic leadership team. HR made it obvious that they were purely there to help the CEO force people out. No demonstration of even a basic level of duty of care. Well below industry benchmarks on salary. Terrible systems and processess. Arrogant founder
