CEO lacks any sort of charisma, humility or humanity, resembling a slimy fly-by-night used car salesman. Sells by underquoting severely and letting the responsibility weigh on the heads of the staff who have to do extreme amounts of work including weekends, late nights due to customer expectations. Special shout out to the managing director leading the Creative team who was absolutely insufferable and contributed nothing to the workload the team was already drowning in. Would also constantly use underhanded politics and manipulation of people in 1 on 1 situations to divide colleagues and conquer. The company "President" also created an employee stock offering where everyone was given "shares" in the company that vests in 3 SHOCKING YEARS (no one stays that long) to top it off, it was never told to us what the total market cap of the pool was worth. so we never knew what the individual shares even were valued at (hint- its 0, as company is not profitable nor going to IPO anytime soon) In summary, you should run for your life if approached by them for a job because they will 1) take anyone - e.g the Managing Director from the Creative team was selling property for 10 years before landing this job and didn't even know how to use computers properly. 2) they will take you in and grind you into dust to make up for the business model which is overpromise, under-deliver and the blame will solely lie on you and take a toll on your professional reputation as the bosses are 'never at fault'.
