Pros

You manage incompetent managers and learn what NOT to do when client fires happen or when your teammate makes a mistake

Cons

- They upsell their services alot which means you take on the workload that your MDs upsell. If you underdeliver, they make sure you feel the brunt of the heat first. - Workplace culture is terrible. In-fighting and finger pointing is common and you are made to feel small whenever a mistake happens. - Client turnover rate is high - they leave together with the competent employees. - The President of the company has attitude issues and blows things out of proportion when it's not necessary. - Bottomline? They don't care about you, as an employee. They care about their profits (which isn't going up) and how much they "sell" themselves on LinkedIn so they can get new business they can't deliver.

Pros

You have unlimited time off, which you don't get to use. Management posts team photos on Linkedin regularly to show what a happy family they are!

Cons

The work environment here is toxic. Junior staff are verbally abused to the point of tears and the turnover rate is insane. There is little to no support. Management overpromises and lies to clients about their capabilities.
