For example, as a computer science student, I’ve been given opportunities to take on more responsibilities beyond just the help desk, allowing me to grow and gain valuable experience in my field.
Cons
I often feel like the youngest person in the company, as most of my colleagues are over 35. This age difference gives me a unique perspective, and I appreciate the wealth of experience and knowledge they bring to the team.
