Good place to grow and learn. cab facilities provided equal opportunities for all employees . Learn new process and technology can shift from one department to another after 2 years completion
Cons
No promotions on basis of performance just on basis of how well you gel with your manager , Few people managers need improvement and higher management should verify data because sometimes its manipulated by managers . Changes or amendment made in process take long time to implement. Much time is wasted in regular meetings happening
