      Pros

      The pay was ok when you worked.

      Cons

      No one answers there phones in the local office or corporate offices. Everyone trying to stab everyone in the back. They seemed to be a fly by night organization.

      - Support from leadership has been great. Not just talking points, but follow through with actions. - Incredible growth and employee ownership program - Great Pay and good benefits

      Cons

      - Fast paced and rapid growth, which is a positive, but makes for difficult challenge to keep up and align everything - With rapid growth, direction is not always concise or clear
