      Great training, great people and very motivational

      Cons

      low salary, commission for your first month is not 1k because you are on a ramp (this should be explained better) and WAY too much focus on dial count when it is possible to have great out comes with out pointless dials

      Pros

      This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

      Cons

      The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
