      For cons, the operational aspect of the role is extreme mico-management, constantly switching between tasks and missed adherence causes for failure measured quantitatively.

      Cons

      Alot of toxic office politics. Pay is awful and no 401k match. They act like they care about you and your growth but its just a facade. Both the CEO's are not good people. One acts like he's some fashion icon and the other one tries to act like he's "one of us" but is a jackle in jeans. Don't work here if you want to get competitive pay. Only those who lack talent, given up or became complacent seem to stay here.
