      Pros

      They have a decent benefits package.

      Cons

      Poor management. Incomplete scopes of work. Parts not ordered. Sets the technician up to fail by incompetent engineering and setup of jobs. Lots of "good ole boy" favoritism for training and advancement. Techs with less training and skills are often given preferred access to training or advancement in company due to relationship with management.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. The company has a great, supportive vibe, and it's clear they care about helping you grow and develop in your career. The pay is competitive, and there's always strong leadership to guide us. Plus, everyone is really willing to pitch in and help when you need it, which makes the work environment even better.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of change happening, so it can feel a bit uncertain at times.

      Pros

      Once upon a time, like 20 years ago, this used to be a well rounded, family oriented company who cared about their employees. Would host company picnics, and the environment was inviting. They haven't been good since then with the exception of some truly great individuals who have since left the company.

      Cons

      Ever since Larry left the company to his spawn they drove it into the ground. That individual pushed their religious ideologies on everyone and allowed unsavory individuals to operate secondary businesses within RFI's walls while putting employees at risk. They have since given the company to Pavion. Hopefully they can restore the company to its glory days but it has an uphill battle.
