      Pros

      Great Starting Pay. Raises can be earned every 6 months depending on your progression. Benefits start immediately and you can enroll into college courses and get reimbursed.

      Cons

      It's a call center Job. You are constantly getting yelled at all day long by angry customers about billing and service issues. Also, it is difficult to move from the call center to a differently higher paying position off the phones
