Pros

We have divisions in Neenah, Appleton, De Pere and Green Bay. Depending on your skill set and what you're looking for, we have plenty of opportunities throughout each division to make it work. I've been with RGL almost 6 years and the amount of positive change we've undergone in the past 3 years is unprecedented. We've been able to grow quite significantly in our Appleton and Neenah divisions because of the dedication our teammates have! Do yourself a favor and give us a shot. The warehouse management system that you'll be working on is a home built system and is very user friendly. Most teammates learn the system in 2 weeks or less. Extremely clean and well-lighted work environment, over 75% of the space is food grade. If you want to grow in your career, this is the place you want to work for. I'm a huge supporter of organic growth - meaning I love to promote from within. All but 2 of our leaders have been organically grown. This helps our leaders relate to the positions their leading. Overall, it's an amazing place to work. Our front line supervisors are the best in the business. You will not find better leaders to work with.

Cons

The biggest hurdle we face is last minute changes to orders (adds, cancellations, "Hott"). I know this has affected some teammates but always remind yourself, we're in business to improve and handle business that our customers do not want to handle.

Pros

Had some good employees. Work life balance was OK.

Cons

Frequent change in management. People were fired without warning. Pay was very low compared to the market. The warehouse union has a lot of negative impact on the business and moral. Bob Johnson was prone to overreacting to negative situations. There was little opportunity for advancing within the company. They claim to have a servant leader culture, but do not live those values.
