Good for freshers - Software Engineer RGS Construction Technologies Employee Review

1) Nice Place to learn 2) R&D is great to work 3) Local culture 4) Friendly place to work 5) Impress with your skills and you ll get great hikes even 110% probably 6) A Place where you can technically learn a lot and learn to work under pressure. 7) Pay Slips and Documents are good. 8) I don't suggest any better place for freshers

1) Management is worse 2) No Schedules 3) Too much of Stretch time to work 4) They never care employees, work done is all what they expect 5) CEO remains around employees which remains a torture to work 6) Yearly 24 Holidays for every confirmed employees, which are just mentioned.,But you cant take them without a lie. 7) Salary Date varies from 5-15 or even 19, but sure you get it some day. 8) Over 2+ experienced, don't ever think about this company. They might even expect you to code a motherboard in a day.

There is no benefits in this company. If you join as a fresher in software department, then you can learn many things.

If salary was main thing for you, please look for other companies. After 3 years, still I have salary pending. When I go there , need to speak with CEO , even when CEO was in office, they said he was not came yet.
