      It was good before. But now there is no reason to work here

      Cons

      There is no administration. The senior management is playing with the future of thousands of meritorious students. No job satisfaction.

      Pros

      In fact, I'm a student of RGUKT, Nuzvid work as a Teaching Assistant for 3 months to assist the faculty in teaching. -> It was a good experience. -> Students seems very active and self-learning.

      Cons

      -> Late salaries. -> Bad timings for students to work as TA's.

      Stress free.. Additional remuneration is paid on most of additional duties

      Cons

      No salary hike for past 8 years. Being consolidated pay, all experience is useless.
