Pros
Great, consistent work (they didn't have to lay anyone off during the recession), with a group of project managers who know how to land work. Our clients were generally great to work with. You are rewarded for hard work. I enjoyed 98% of my coworkers very much. They tend to hire folks out of college and those people tend to stay with the company for years and years -- a very good sign in this economy.
Cons
There isn't an HR, per se, because it is a small-ish private company, so if you do have a grievance, you need to be smart about how you handle it. The admin group seemed to consistently have in-fighting, despite the rest of the groups getting along quite well.
