Pros
I've been working at RHM for almost 5 years and have been provided with opportunities that I don't think I would have gotten anywhere else. -Growth: I've been given the opportunity to move into a couple different roles. I was promoted into sales after less than a year as a recruiter, then moved into a training position. RHM hires with the intent of promoting you, and always promotes within! -Pay: RHM pays well for the work put in! The owners and upper management recognize hard work and have allowed me to earn multiple raises/bonuses. The sales and recruiting team can earn uncapped commission plus quarterly & yearly bonuses. -Culture: High energy, competitive, fast paced! -Training: RHM training is ongoing which is nice while learning the job and trying to get promoted. Recruiters have a 3 week training period followed by check ins during the first 13 weeks. After 6 months on the job, we provide another recruiter training to sharpen skills. Once promoted into sales there is more training done to make sure people who are promoted are well prepared. The owners invest a lot into their people! There are multiple incentive trips throughout the year (usually in Mexico and Nashville) as well as a conference for all sales people. The conference includes sales training, awards, speakers (the speaker this year was Tim Grover, who trained Michael Jordan & Kobe Bryant), and fun events planned for those who attend the conference!
Cons
None that come to mind.
