Pros
A good salesperson easily earns €800 for 25 hours of work per week (including base salary + meal allowance + commissions). The company always paid on time and being able to work from home instead of the call center is much less stressful.
Cons
Not everyone can handle the work, which is why people are always leaving. They're always on your case to make more sales. But for me, the biggest drain was the fact that the work was so repetitive and I had to listen to rude people.
