Not a good environment to work with - Senior Consultant RIA Advisory Employee Review

Don't go on 5 star reviews only. Their team ask people to write positive reviews about company. If someone genuinely posted negative review then they start making a flow of positive reviews to go down negative reviews. A single resource is allocated to multiple projects at a time. No work life balance. 10-12 or more than that is daily work hours. Appraisal is just for their favourite people only. Please think twice before going for anything. They should start giving good appraisals to current employees first instead of their favourites only.
