Lovely colleagues, impressive central London building, prestigious sounding employer - theoretically a great social purpose.
Cons
Highly political. Senior management seem to be constantly fighting. Board and senior decision makers eternally undermine the efforts of staff. Lots of self protection behaviour, little team work outside direct team.
