Plenty of work to be done and can always volunteer to stay late and get more hours

Everybody who is in charge in the company is either related to another person high up or they are drinking buddies with somebody high up. It is near impossible to get a promotion or pay increase unless you have a relative in the company or are friends with HR.

Sometimes quiet when working wherever farm you’re at. Good benefits.

When scheduled to work weekends, they don’t seem to care about your mental and social health. Tried to reapply to another farm to work weekdays, bur they ignore other applications to relocate. Also was supposed to get a raise after relocating, but has never happened at all
