Pros
Compensation was fair. A few of the senior managers do take an interest in creating opportunities for mid-level staff. A good culture and ethical policies towards employees and staff policies.
Cons
Some senior managers are not experienced and lack maturity. Senior managers building personal empires makes it hard to achieve goals and objectives at mid level. Information systems are poor and hard to correct due to some overly political senior managers.
