Pros
Very flexible work schedule, awesome co-workers and training on product. My boss at the time was very understanding and cared about me learning new software and me getting my work out when needed. This is a perfect place for an Engineer right out of college wanting to grow skills and eventually want to get there PE with the company. RMD is a company that wants there Engineer on top of every situation.
Cons
Foriegn company thats based in the UK. Offices in America are fairly new as far as Comporate years/age. Hopefully they keep there US offices open . I wouldnt recomend for a drafter unless you enjoy being at the bottom of the totem pole and pay is below average for drafter.
