Pros
- Good salary package that rewards your good performance & results - Autonomous workplace that allows for trial & errors without much micro-management (as long as you don't fall under the Red Zone) - Transparent & less-complex hierarchy ladder, don't need to go thru a tedious amount of stages & procedures just for feedback & ideas to reach the Management Team - Management team that always lend their ears when it comes to providing advises towards an issue on-hand, and giving leniency towards solving the issues
Cons
- Peers are generally not bonded amongst each other, which indirectly contribute to the lack of collaboration (majority of senior/key account holders only focuses on their own key clients without hurling support to grow newly acquired clients) - Reluctancy of peers to traverse across unexplored waters, with most staying inside their comfort zone (slightly detrimental, as this leaves a lot of untapped potential within newcomers) - Sales-driven industry, may not be suitable for those who are not proactive and have no sense of urgency
