Pros
The owner cares about every single one of us. I’ve made many life long friends within my company. I’ve moved up quickly, and even was able to travel with my position. They relocated me upon my request. I’ve had more opportunity with this job than I ever imagined. BEST benefits, PTO, sick time, plenty of OT.
Cons
A lot of hours, but it’s worth it.
