Pros

Hybrid work, 3 days onsite 2 days WFH.

Cons

The commute to Boulder from anywhere in Denver area is brutal. The founder/owner provides poor leadership. He hires you, promises a certain level of comp, then does not deliver on that comp. He expects you to learn his niche industry space very quickly and if you don't you'll be let go in a matter of a week or two - during that entire time he will be watching you closely, looking over your shoulder, monitoring your calls and telling you make your calls shorter if they go too long. Very little flexibility in terms of how you recruit, it's the owner/founders way or the highway. No benefits until month 3 on the job, and even at that point you only get a small monthly allowance to spend on benefits that you have to pay for out of pocket yourself. If you are considering joining this agency be sure you ask during interviews what happened to the 3-4 former recruiters that were on the team from 2023-2024, and what happened to the other industry spaces the agency was trying to break into (ERP, etc).

Pros

I had no prior recruiting or account management experience, but they provided excellent training and support to help me succeed. I also really appreciate the company culture here! Everyone in the office is a team player and are always willing to help you out when you get busy- you just have to ask. It is easy to get overwhelmed with competing priorities. You will be managing multiple clients and consultants at a time in addition to meeting monthly targets and KPIs. I enjoy this type of environment, but it is very important to have great time management skills, and you cannot be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Cons

The fast-paced environment and high volume of responsibilities can be challenging at times, especially when managing multiple clients, consultants, and internal priorities simultaneously. You CAN succeed, but you must work for it. You cannot "hide" your numbers or fly under the radar here, so make sure you are willing to accept feedback and you will do great!

Pros

Good pay. Unlimited PTO. Great employee's. Overall a very challenging job at times which is good if you like to learn. Boss is open to feedback. Team building events are held nearly every quarter.

Cons

Commuting to Boulder 3 days a week. Would’ve preferred 2 days in and 3 days from home as most of the days are spent making cold calls to clients. It is a start up- so decisions are made by one person but the CEO is open to feedback.
