Raises do not keep up with the cost of living. Too many office politics. Managers are primarily hired with no knowledge of what they are managing.

You get to work on a lot of different platforms and projects which keep you very busy. Those who are the actual "worker bees" that do all the work are actually fairly pleasant to be around and work with.

The internal systems to the company are a joke. The inventory system is from the early 80s and management expects it to operate as if it was state of the art. The company leans on their suppliers to help with a lot of the heavy lifting on projects because the company wants to "run lean" and not hire the necessary employees and they can't keep anyone worth keeping because they treat employees as if they're brainless cattle. Management from the highest levels to the individual department heads are clueless and can't get anything right if it was handed to them that way. If you don't believe me, do your own research and reach out to a current employee and gauge the work atmosphere from them.
