Pros
Simple requirements of work and expectations. Interactions with managers in my experience has always been open. You can end up with a good group that can make it easy. Lots of pensioners that love to gossip.
Cons
Cant consider much if any support actually from corporate. No recognition really for going above and beyond. Management gives preference to floor staff over yard. Are payed very little considering you will be throwing around heavy materials and working a forklift.
