ROSS VIDEO Response
1yTo be honest I stared at this review for a while, struggling with the best way to respond. The biggest point being raised here is that Ross isn't a recommended place to work but has a good business outlook, good leadership, good vacation and benefits, and I'm guessing for an Ottawa employee, a good culture for that location (because the review title is Canadian Culture). The root of the issue then is that the reviewer seems stuck in their role and wants to move up to a better paying job. Here, I'd like to comment that Ross is a large and fast growing company, doubling every 5 years. There are constantly new jobs opening up in almost every area. I recommend that you find out what you need to do, to learn, or to change, to go after a role you feel you deserve. Good luck! - David Ross
