No sick pay Little to no training. No development. Un achievable targets Bad atmosphere in store from Managers who were only nice to you if you got a big sale. Owners of ROX swanned in and out often without even talking to you Expected to stand around all day on marble floor in heels. No outer wear given and freezing in the store Very VERY bad "Cliquey" vibes in all stores Be prepared to stand around all day cleaning chrome and glass If any regular clients came in don't expect you to get the sale just because you served them
