open and clean working environment, new technology, easy to talk to management, flexible to suit your needs, great coffee bar, friendly environment, strong winning culture

None that come to mind. You will thrive here unless you are lazy and arent in it to win.

-All staff are friendly, make you feel needed! -Management will make sure they greet you morning and evening -Management is very good at ensuring their workers leave no later than 5pm as they think family life is very important and should not be dismissed due to work -Not as stressful as other places I have worked!! but still in for the challenge! Job is guaranteed if you put in the effort! - Fast pace and onto the market with new ideas! BRILLIANT product!! - Receive BONUS cards with cash when you put in the extra mile! Any extra effort is NOT missed! - Management is close to employees and care about who they are/how they're treated outside work.

Don't enter this environment if you are lazy and aren't prepared to keep up with a fast pace. Any longer hours or 'out of work' time will be awarded so don't think long hours aren't noticed. The culture is not completely American as this business was moved into the USA from overseas 4 years ago... mixed culture but good fun!
