Pros

1. Salary is on time, leaves are given easily 2. Associated with brand name RPG 3. Team members have great potential and are helpful

Cons

1. No vision. Weak and bad leadership and management. They lack empathy and understanding towards their own employees. The way of work and interventions are decided and changed according to their mood, whims, and fancies due to which the team suffers. The team members have great potential to make an impact and grow but due to bad leadership and management, it is hampered. 2. Apart from meagre salary, there are totally no benefits (monetary/ non-monetary) of any kind- no retreats, outbound, not even a card/cake on birthday, absolutely nothing. No value/ recognition of employees. The organization doesn't lack funds to care for its employees and support their growth and development, but its the leadership and management that lacks the ability, willingness and thought process to provide. 3. No transparency, outdated website with no details of financials, interventions, board and trustee members, 4. Though feedbacks are taken via google form surveys, they don't really matter. There is no change seen. 5. No opportunities of professional learning, growth and development. There is hardly any training organized/ conducted for the team. 6. The attrition rate is very high indicating that there is something really wrong going on. 7. No streamlined structure, clarity, processes, innovation, technology, overall the organisational strategy is weak and keeps changing. 8. Ironically, the foundation has got Great Place to Work badge, which questions the credibility of both the organizations.

Dear Member, Thank you for writing. We are sure that how we conduct and operate is been thoroughly monitored and hence the actions within the organization are well informed. In the last few months we have been taking conscious calls towards exits incases where it terms to ethical or behavioural misconduct. At any circumstances, we shall not be in a position to put our environment at work on stake. We have an amazing team and also a pool of ex colleagues, who have been of great value to us. However, we understand your situation and hope that while you now get through a new opportunity, you will learn from the past mistakes and perform at best of ethics and value going forward. Pros

The pros are you get some level of stability because work is monotonous, so you know what you can expect out of your work day. Leaves are freely given, and you get your salary on time

Cons

For a professional who really want to work and contribute, this is not the place because the leadership has no vision. Any project's vision changes depending on the moods & whims, upper-level management's only responsibility is to pacify the leadership's mood. There is a saying among rpgf employees, never say no to the leadership even if the work asked can't be done. Unreasonable expectations from employees, less work-life balance, very nosy HR who monitors every single thing you do, I mean, every single thing. its hard to survive in the workplace for more than a year, the attrition rate is very high because they bring replacements for each position, every year and make the employee train their replacement without their knowledge and ask the employee to resign. This has been their original pattern to make employees who think have served their time to resign. The reputation of the company is very bad in the sector, for a good reason as well because the company is not consistent with commitment with the external parties.

Thank you for your response. We understand you are agitated for not being considered exemption on notice period. We are sure every organization would expect the basic rules and regulations to be followed. Alignment of vision and capability to withstand challenges were your concerns, we hereby accepted your limitations and have allowed you to move out with the next best opportunity. Early relieving was your request in lieu of adjustment in notice period. As a trend, you had issues with all your previous employers and each of them were organization of repute. I am sure you would find peace in your present role at least for now.
