The salary wasn’t too bad but no work life balance

Totally undervalued, I was just a number, the senior management don’t care about staff at all, they just care about targets and ticking boxes. When I started it was ‘all about the customer’ but that translated to be ‘all about RS’s sales objectives.’ I didn’t feel valued as an employee, I was just a cog in a wheel and my job was more about achieving the objectives that RS wanted such as implementing added value customer services into businesses, even if they didn’t want them! 60% of my time was spent drowning in paperwork and not actually seeing my customers. I was mentally broken when I left and have never looked back.
