Pros
Some people are nice I guess.
Cons
-Very old school way of working, inefficient and frustrating. -No personal development or progression if you're a mid-weight positioned employee. -A lot of people are not qualified for their jobs, they have just been there for a long long time. -They do everything to make the leader group happy, such as putting an internal campaign together the very last minute, just so they can print some posters to put around the office upon their visit. -Full of people that are very ignorant to equality. I once questioned a manager's comments during a meeting being antisemitism but I was advised to keep it to myself to avoid trouble when I sought for help afterwards, even though they agreed that it was very inappropriate. -it's definitely not 'ONE TEAM'.
