RSA has been a great place of growth and innovation. Lots of opportunity for growth. Excellent work/life balance.
Cons
Uncertainty from day to day gets stressful RSA is going through large changes right now with the purchase of EMC by Michael Dell and even before. RSA has moved from making huge impact on the industry to more of a services company. They have little impact on the day to day of the security industry anymore.
