Good hours… come and go as you please Nice office… only 5 employees in it when it can hold 50+
Cons
Consultants are not paid on time and RSC uses the classic "something went wrong with our payroll service" excuse I used to work with about 12-15 co-workers, now it's down to only 3 recruiting/sales employees in the office Business Development/Recruiting commissions are 5+ month behind schedule Leadership is too concerned about other issues than focusing on RSC's core business
