- Extremely Flexible - Reasonable Compensation and Profit Sharing - Great people, some managers are duds but overall most managers are exceptional.
Cons
- Low impact - Work is inconsistent - Time sheets and billable hours - Clients often do not have a good understanding of what we need and do not respond promptly to data requests.
