Pros
Lots of flexibility in working/hours
Co-workers are friendly and there's a sense of teamwork when attending events such as licensing fairs. Since it is a small company, the CEO is frequently in direct contact with its lower management, which dissipates lots of hierarchy typically present in a working environment.
Cons
The company is largely ineffective in communicating its goals/objectives to its workers and clients. Because of the discrepancy, there are commonly large disputes within teams, which creates for unnecessary lag times to putting out product. The company is predominantly international/Indian, so there is a culture/language barrier when communicating as well. Because it is such a small company, there doesn't appear to be any structure working there, and there is hardly any interaction on a daily basis or sense of community.
